ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR

Christine Hill possesses a wealth of knowledge and experience in the areas of organizational development, human resources, negotiation, and communications. Throughout her career she’s held leadership roles in the public, private, and non-profit sectors. She has been an Alderwoman and Mayor in Oak Creek; Chairwoman of the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewer District Commission; a teaching professor at Carroll University, UWM, and the Lubar School of Business; as well as Director of Human Resources & Organizational Development in private industry.

Christine recently retired as the Executive Director of Future Milwaukee at Marquette University, a community leadership program that has positively impacted Greater Milwaukee for more than 40 years. She is currently a sought-after consultant and leadership coach. Christine is also an accomplished speaker and facilitator.
