Your leadership style is a part of you.  Kind of like your DNA or your unique fingerprint.  But sometimes, leadership requires something different than what your natural style brings to the table.  Sometimes leadership requires skills and tactics that motivate people and get projects done.

Come to this workshop and learn about the difference between leadership styles and tactics and how they all work together in an effective work environment. Learn your personal "finger print" for leadership and understand the ways to use your style and learn apply other styles.


This interactive workshop will cover:

  • The 8 Most Predominant Leadership Tactics and Their Appropriate Use

Jessica Ollenburg, CMC, CPCM

Delivering more than 30 years organizational development, employment law and entrepreneurial leadership, Jessica Ollenburg presents research and visionary solutions to employer clients, for profit and not-for-profit, ranging 10-100,000+ employees. An internationally published author, Jessica's high ranking expertise has been showcased by the Wall Street Journal, Forbes, Fortune, Money, Businessweek, CNN, the Washington Post, Worldnews.com and The Business Journal.

She holds an MBA/JD/organizational psychology studies and a BSBA in HR Management from Marquette University. Jessica has served as a recurring guest professor/curriculum designer at Loyola, Marquette and UNC - Chapel Hill, the University of Wisconsin and the University of San Diego. 

Jessica has delivered 20+ years board service to a wealth of charitable, community and legislative initiatives. Working with and commended by local, state and federal government, Ollenburg co-founded and chaired a New Berlin WI public-private partnership representing the 600+ employers which serves as the successful prototype for today's national initiatives. Delivering leadership to Scottsdale AZ as esteemed Public Policy Advisory Council Member for Scottsdale Area Chamber of Commerce, she participated in economic development delegation to China as well as mayoral campaign due diligence and East Valley partnership initiatives.

Elected to Board of Directors and advocating to U.S. Congress, Ms. Ollenburg served nearly 12 dedicated years in leadership for the Arthritis Foundation, Wisconsin Chapter, including governance council for establishing the regional chapter. Recipient of the "Distinguished Service Award," Jessica chaired 2 consecutive Mystery Balls plus a Walk for the Cure, breaking fundraising records at each event, providing leadership to initiatives that raised an aggregate $1+ million. On three separate occasions, our CEO hosted Fox television "Weather in Your Backyard" broadcasts as both awareness campaigns and fundraisers specifically for Juvenile Arthritis. These are just a few of her relentless contributions as a community leader.
