Ian Abston + Lori Richards
Co-Founder and PR Team Volunteer, Light the Hoan

Whoever said that youth is wasted on the young, clearly didn’t know Ian Abston.  Lovingly known as “Mr. Millennial,” Ian burst onto the MKE scene in 2009 when he co-founded the popular young professional group, Newaukee.  He’s been creating change ever since.  Now he heads up a talent firm called Millennian and has co-founded Light the Hoan, a private campaign aimed at raising $5M to illuminate the bridge connecting I794 to the Lakefront freeway.

Lori Richardswho serves as Partner and President for the well-known public relations firm Mueller Communications, is part of the team of pros helping Ian bring his vision to light. She's engineered a masterful awareness strategy, earning substantial "Light the Hoan" media coverage and getting folks all fired-up about buying bulbs.

Join FUEL for breakfast with Ian and Lori as we discuss how local citizens can band together and use their talents to make real change.  The duo will also talk about their “bridges” to leadership, commitments to building a better Milwaukee, and dedication to making good use of their youth.
