Tap into your Most Intelligent Self through Mindfulness

Instructor: Christine Hill, Future Milwaukee

More and more studies show that intentionally practicing “mindfulness” through methods such as meditation and reflection has endless benefits including increased emotional and social intelligence, enhanced creativity, reduced stress and the impact of that stress on your body.

Join Christine Hill as she takes you on a journey through various methods to exercise mindfulness in your everyday life and offers you insights not only into its benefits but how it can improve the quality of your life and your ability to achieve your personal and professional goals. Mindfulness can awaken your better and more intelligent self.  Spend 90 energized minutes with Christine and you’ll have tools you can use even as you leave the session!

With over 20 years of organizational development, human resources, negotiations, and communications experience in public, private, and nonprofit sector leadership roles, Christine Hill brings a unique and progressive perspective to the process and field of community leadership and teambuilding.
