Pursue the Passion:
Creating a Career that Drives You
The book Pursue the Passion was inspired by the discovery that half of the American workforce is still trying to connect their passions to their day job.
During the summer of 2007, four college grads traveled across America in an RV. Their mission? To find out what makes people passionate about their work. Sixteen thousand miles, 38 states, 300 interviews and 10,000 photographs later, Pursue the Passion profiles the interviews and stories collected from the cross country journey.
"The goal of Pursue the Passion is to get people to think differently about career paths. We want current and future workforces to not only realize that they can be passionate about a career, but we want to provide them with the tools to do so." -PursuethePassion.Jobing.com
What makes people truly happy in their careers? Find out firsthand from Brett Farmiloe, the author of Pursue the Passion. FUEL Milwaukee will also take this opportunity to recognize local companies receiving national recognition for their impact on workplace flexibility.
