Talent Attraction & Retention Strategies

The saying “good people are hard to find” is well-known for a reason, especially in business. Nothing is more important to the success of your company than the people you hire.  So finding great talent who can thrive in your company culture is priority number one.  A close second is the constant evaluation of your culture to make sure it's a draw for the people you want working for you.

Whether you're an experienced HR professional or someone who is new to the world of talent and retention, this workshop will help you improve your human capital strategy.  The topic is vast, so we'll delve into some points (and highlight others) from this list of things you should be thinking about as a HR professional.

* Process Development

* Path Creation

* Selling “A” Candidates

* Behavioral Analysis

* Candidate Profiling

* Interview Systems
