International Visitors Leadership Program Luncheon

The International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) is the U.S. Department of State’s premier professional exchange program. Through short-term visits to the United States, current and emerging foreign leaders in a variety of fields experience this country firsthand and cultivate lasting relationships with their American counterparts. Professional meetings reflect the participants’ professional interests and support the foreign policy goals of the United States.

FUEL Milwaukee members have been selected to meet with a group of five international guests from Morocco with a focus on Entrepreneurship and technology.


Please consider attending this brief luncheon if you have expertise and interest in any of these areas:

  • Intellectual property protection
  • Experiential learning for university students
  • State level advocacy for small business
  • Public and private organizations supporting small business
  • Resources to support business development and entrepreneurship for women and youth
  • Best practices in entrepreneurship

Mr. Dahi has conducted training programs in tourism and hospitality and has trained young entrepreneurs on a wide variety of topics.
Mr. Rachid BENTAIBI, Ph.D.
Teacher, Royal Institute of Training 
Ministry of Youth and Sports' Officials
He currently teaches at the Ministry of Youth and Sports’ Royal Institute of Training, as well as at the Business Schools of the International University of Rabat and Mohammed V University. He also serves as an academic adviser for students in the field of entrepreneurship and provides guidance on how to integrate the work market. He supervises the Master's students in selecting
their internships in national or international enterprises. 
Enterprise Director, Lab4net (software company)
Mr. Boughaba also works with different educational institutions around Morocco, providing training in information technology entrepreneurship.
Administrator, International Partnership Projects 
National Agency for the Promotion of Small and Medium sized Enterprises (Maroc PME)
She also monitors the Agency's performance indicators in the various bilateral and multilateral support programs; prepares partnership agreements and memorandum of understanding; and coordinates activities with international organizations.
