Seven Mistakes Emerging Leaders Make

Instructor: Aleta Norris, Co-Founder, Living As A Leader

Leadership can be tricky.  Especially for new leaders who are learning to navigate the workplace waters of team dynamics and co-worker relationships.   While every person's leadership style is unique, and no approach to leadership is perfect, there are certain critical mistakes that you can avoid to protect the harmony and effectiveness of your team.

If you are a new leader or want to be one, attend this workshop to learn how to avoid these 7 leadership mistakes:

• Avoidance of key issues
• Too much negative feedback
• Absence of positive feedback
• Disrespectful treatment of others
• Imbalance of accountability and inspiration
• Doing, not leading
• Lack of humility

Aleta Norris will walk us through each mistake, providing examples and explaining how each mistake has the potential to undermine your leadership.  You don’t want to miss this workshop – it will be a life saver.
